This notice explains what BlitzFox Shots does with the details you share through this website.
What I collect
When you send a booking request: your name or fursona, how to contact you, the date, time and kind of shoot, and anything you write in your message.
When you ask for a photo to be removed or blurred: which photo, your name, how to contact you, and any details you give.
Why
Only to reply to you and to arrange or handle what you asked for. For bookings, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before we agree a shoot. For removal requests, it’s my legitimate interest in respecting the people in my photos.
How long I keep it
Requests are deleted automatically 6 months after the shoot date, or 6 months after I’ve declined or dealt with them.
Who else sees it
Nobody else, apart from the services that run this site (listed below). I never sell your details or use them for marketing.
Cookies
This site doesn’t use tracking or advertising cookies. The only cookie is the one I use to sign in and manage the site.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time: contact me through any of the links on my Links page. If you’re unhappy with how your details are handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
